I've been doing this a long time
I grew up in a family that runs businesses. My parents, aunts, uncles. That's been my testing ground since I was a kid. At 10, I was writing Excel scripts to help my mom at work.
Built my first website. By college, I was building online stores and payroll systems for San Miguel Corporation. Since then, I've been selling solutions, not brochure sites. Every project was about solving a real problem.
Moved to the US, worked at agencies on projects for Google, Starbucks, and Hormel. Then I joined the Navy. The military taught me discipline, how to stay calm when things get chaotic, and how to build things that work under pressure.
During a deployment, I got the news that my grandmother died in a hit-and-run. That loss gave me a wake-up call: life is short, and I needed to pursue what actually matters.
I teamed up with engineers and we've built three software tools together. When my wife Maria wanted to quit her 9-to-5, we started a pet boarding business and scaled it to six figures in 18 months without ads. Same stuff I'd been testing in my family's businesses for years.
My mom runs a home care agency. Watching her work 7 days a week, everything on her phone, nothing written down. If she got sick, the whole business would stop. That's not a business. That's a trap.
Most agencies want you confused so you keep paying them. I do the opposite. I set things up so you don't need me anymore. That's the goal.

I'm Rg. I'm an introvert who lets results do the talking. My wife Maria handles client relationships and keeps everything running smoothly. We work with a small team of engineers I've been building software with for years.
Beyond client work, I mentor fellow service members and local San Diego business owners. There's something rewarding about watching someone take what you taught them and actually use it.
We stay small on purpose. We'd rather help a few businesses really well than do mediocre work for a lot of people. We're in San Diego but work with people all over.
